Job Description
AECOM is seeking a Project Manager VI in Los Angeles California.
Job Duties include:
- Directs and managers the entire project guidance to subordinate managers enforces company and project policies and a primary liaison between AECOM and client interface.
- Accountable for all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design budget and schedule.
- Overall responsibility and management of project including but not limited to budgeting/schedule stage procurement through contract closeout.
- Position has primary fiscal responsibility and key liaison between client for assigned project.
Day to Day Duties Include:
- Managing all facets of precon bid & award Construction to closeout of all assigned projects.
- Reporting to internal and external partners
- Coordinate w/ Agencies having jurisdictions
- Manage budget and schedules
- Manage daily activities
- Change order review and negotiations
- Manage consultants of the client
- FFE Coordination
- Other duties as required
Qualifications :
Minimum Requirements:
- BA/BS 10 Years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Preferred Qualifications:
- 15 years of experience
- California School experience (DSA)
- BIM
- LEED cert
- Formal construction partnering experience
- Safety & OSHA familiarity
