In this role you will have the opportunity to:
- Oversee the planning execution and successful delivery of major transport infrastructure projects. Your project management skills will be crucial in ensuring that projects are completed on time within budget and to the highest standards of quality. You will lead multidisciplinary teams coordinate with various stakeholders and implement best practices in project management to drive efficiency and excellence in project outcomes.

What will a day in this role look like:
- Lead delivery of major transport infrastructure projects focusing on culture project performance client relationships and contractor relationships.
- Work with an industryleading team on a broad range of transport infrastructure projects that shape cities and regions including some of Queenslands largest road and passenger transport projects and indeed Australiawide.
- Foster a culture of technical excellence and collaboration with our multidisciplinary teams.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients customers and partners.
- Influence and lead strategy development and execution to achieve business success.
- Lead change and drive productivity by championing our digital delivery initiatives ensuring the integration of cuttingedge technologies and innovative practices to enhance project outcomes.
Qualifications :
What are we looking for from you
- Tertiary qualification in engineering suitable to hold (or obtain) RPEQ status in Queensland ideally with 20 years relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience in the role of Project Manager for delivery of major transport infrastructure projects and meeting delivery requirements including for the Department of Transport and Main Roads in Queensland (TMR)
- Knowledge of the market for consulting services in Queensland to support the positioning and winning of projects including Business Cases designonly contract development D&C ECI and ETI delivery.
- An effective leader with tenacity and drive to achieve outstanding results grow the team and balance priorities.
- Strong client focus and relationships with business development experience and demonstrated commercial acumen.
- Understanding of consulting resourcing planning and forecasting.
- Flexibility to be present across our Brisbane Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast offices to develop client relationships mentor staff and build team rapport.
