If you think youll like to manage the following responsibilities at higher standards:
- List of responsibilities:
Implement the company HSE Management System Risk Evaluator for H&S Support implementation of trainings;
Support management on daily job to have a secure environment elaborate HSE data analytics and reports;
Support the HSE awareness and communication activities in the division;
Create review and update health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations;
Training & Awareness: Provide training programs for employees on workplace safety emergency procedures and use of safety equipment.
Investigate workplace accidents injuries and nearmisses to determine root causes and prevent recurrence;
Compliance & Auditing: Monitor compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations and industry standards;
Emergency Planning: Develop and implement emergency response plans (e.g. fire drills evacuation plans);
Maintain records of safety inspections training sessions and incidents & others tasks.
What is needed for this job:
Degreeor certification in Occupational Health & Safety Environmental Science or a related field;
Previous experience in a health and safety role is typically essential.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
Excellent communication and training skills.
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations.
