Job Description

People and Culture Advisor: 12 Month FTC
Location: London or Haywards Heath
Department: People and Culture
Reporting to: People & Culture Business Partner

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact on our people and culture Were seeking a passionate People and Culture Advisor to join our dynamic team and support the full colleague lifecycle. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your expertise while shaping the employee experience at Collinson.

What Were Looking For:

  • A P&C generalist with a solid understanding of employment law and employee relations.
  • Ideally CIPDqualified (or working towards it) with experience in specialist P&C areas like L&D or Reward.
  • A proactive problem solver with strong organizational skills and sound judgment.
  • Comfortable advising on visa applications and eligibility to work in the UK.
