People and Culture Advisor: 12 Month FTC
Location: London or Haywards Heath
Department: People and Culture
Reporting to: People & Culture Business Partner

What Were Looking For:
- A P&C generalist with a solid understanding of employment law and employee relations.
- Ideally CIPDqualified (or working towards it) with experience in specialist P&C areas like L&D or Reward.
- A proactive problem solver with strong organizational skills and sound judgment.
- Comfortable advising on visa applications and eligibility to work in the UK.
