Our client is a Canadian ecommerce company whose mission is to accelerate the recovery journey for individuals battling chronic injuries with awardwinning pain relief products. Trusted by Olympic champions and everyday athletes they are a leading name in injury recovery with features in Mens Health Running Magazine and Ultrarunning Magazine.
As they continue to grow theyre looking for a driven and creative Performance Creative Strategist to help elevate their brand into the goto name for injury recovery.
What Youll Be Doing
- Conceptualize write and executehighperforming direct response Meta ads
- Write and storyboard video ad scriptscollaborating with content creators athletes and video editors toproduce compelling ads that sell
- Work closely with video editors to editraw videos & turning them into highconverting ads
- Use insights from audience research andtesting to develop new creative hypotheses and continuously improvecampaign
- Source manage and nurturerelationships with content creators and influencers ensuringseamless collaborations
- Manage organic social media by curatinghighquality engaging content and collaborating with creators
About You
- 4 years of experience in creativestrategy performance marketing or a related field (eCommerce orDTC preferred)
- Proven track record in developinghighperforming ad creatives and campaigns
- Strong understanding of direct responseadvertising fundamentals including scrollstopping hooks and thecreative elements that drive performance
- Strong copywriting skills are essentialfor this role
- Fast learner driven and thrive ondelivering results. Youre naturally hardworking and hold yourselfto the highest standards
- Bring energy passion and a candoattitude to your work
- Highly organized & meticulous
- Bonus: Knowledge or interest in health& wellness psychology branding or storytelling frameworks.
