About the Role
The Warranty Specialist Passenger Cars position is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to start their careers in the automotive industry. The role focuses on ensuring excellent service for customers and service providers contributing to a highly efficient warranty operation and maximizing customer satisfaction. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills and grow in a dynamic international environment.
Responsibilities
- Verify warranty reports and process warranty reimbursements according to the warranty operations management policy.
- Collect warrantyrelated information analyze data and prepare reports.
- Address warranty inquiries and explain policy details to service partners.
- Inspect abnormal warranty cases conduct regular audits and support the continuous improvement of warranty processes.
- Manage warranty parts including auditing and handling parts for disposal.
- Assist in special events material verification and warrantyrelated processes.
- Organize and deliver onsite warranty business training sessions in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Your Profile
- Bachelors degree or higher in a relevant field (engineering business or related studies).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn with strong crosscultural communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across functions.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
- Interest in automotive technology or warranty operations is an advantage.
