Job Description
It would be great if you have:
Bachelors degree in business or related field;
Willingness to travel daily within the dedicated area;
Proven minimum 2 years experience as a senior in retail field management position;
Ability to make critical decisions under pressure;
Excellent organizational skills;
Efficient communication proficiency;
Time and people management skills.
Responsibilities:
Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives;
Support the Area Sales Director with daytoday field operations;
Evaluate region and store performances;
Report on regional sales results;
Forecast quarterly and annual profits;
Identify hiring needs select and train Area Sales Directors;
Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility;
Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth;
Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.
