About The Role:

As People & Culture Partner at Flower you will be an integral part of shaping our business and culture in collaboration with a dynamic team and stakeholders across the organization. This role blends strategic initiatives with handson People & Culture (P&C) operations requiring both deep expertise within all areas of P&C as well as a flexible humble approach to support the team and Flowers continued growth.

What Youll Do:

• Act as a strategic and operational partner to business leaders and stakeholders providing expertise across all P&C areas at every level of the organisation.
  
• Coach leaders to enhance their leadership skills and drive team success.
  
• Build collaborative partnerships to identify shared goals and deliver impactful results both within and between teams.
  
• Lead strategic initiatives and develop scalable processes that support growth and organizational performance.
  
• Manage daytoday P&C operations to ensure compliance and a positive employee experience.
  
• Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs aligned with organizational goals to attract and retain top talent.
  
  

Who You Are:

• Minimum 5 years in a similar role ideally in an international environment.
  
• Proven success in designing and implementing global compensation and benefits structures.
  
• Deep understanding of Swedish labor law and work environment standards. Knowledge of labor law in other European countries is considered a plus.
  
• Strong interpersonal skills combined with excellent communication high integrity and an analytical approach.
  
• Fluent in Swedish and English written and spoken.
  
• University degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  
  

Location
Our beautiful office is located in the heart of Sdermalm just a short walk from Slussen subway station. We encourage inoffice collaboration but support a hybrid work model.
