Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Operations Lead for a key product line within the EDP program. This role focuses on leading operations to ensure stability reliability and effective management of core services including identity and access management secret management and related offerings for a private cloud platform.
Responsibilities
Lead and build the operations team.
Establish and manage incident problem and change management processes.
Collaborate with architects product management and delivery teams to manage dependencies and minimize operational impact.
Ensure product readiness for operationalization in collaboration with the Product Delivery Lead.
Work with the QA team to enforce quality assurance measures.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and team skill development.
Integrate observability into operations and measure service performance against SLIs/SLOs.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks impacting service quality.
Requirements
Seniorlevel experience in product operations within a cloudnative environment.
Advanced level in English German Preferable.
Proven leadership in managing and scaling operations teams.
Strong documentation communication and problemsolving skills.
Experience with agile and DevOps methodologies.
