Job Description
Willing to work from office (Monday to Friday) in USEST shift (Night shift) and suitable candidate will be called to office for F2F interview.
POSITION: Research Associate
EXPERIENCE: 2 Year in international outbound calling
LOCATION: Bangalore
LANGUAGE (Fluent): English Language
BROAD RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recruiting healthcare professionals to participate in online MR surveys as well as for panel recruitment.
- Coordinate with project owners provide daily updates and consistently deliver as per the set targets and timelines for each data collection projects.
- Cold calling and lead generation.
- Followup and reminder calls.
- Build and maintain a good rapport with respondent.
- Online mining and desk research.
- As part of job responsibilities you are required to comply with ISO 20252:2019 and ISO 27001 standards.
PREREQUISITES FOR THE ROLE:
- Very good coldcaller with strong convincing and soft skills. Soft skill trained resources from sales processes are preferred.
- Should be willing to work in target orientated environment with stringent timelines. Must have the ability to multitask and prioritize task independently based on targets & timelines.
- Neutral accent with no MTI/local influence.
- Experience in lead generation and awareness of standard rebuttals to pass the gatekeepers.
- Proactive & spontaneous thinker and can change pitch of the call to achieve results.
- Ability to mine contact information from free online sources.
- Should have the ability to comprehend survey screener logic.
- Proficient in using MS excel & word.
- Good interpersonal skills.
Qualifications :
- Any Graduate/UnderGraduate (minimum 12th pass)
