Were looking for a proactive Publishers Manager Team Leader to join our multinational team at our office in Cyprus. This role focuses on generating highquality leads testing new revenue streams and closing deals with Publishers and Affiliates contributing to the companys growth and market expansion.

More than 300 creative minds from Cyprus Canada Ukraine and other countries work daily to find the best solutions for our products.
What youll be working on:
- Lead and motivate your team to achieve their full potential
- Develop strategic initiatives for key affiliate accounts to maximize growth
- Find new leads negotiate and close deals with Publishers and Affiliates;
- Advise your team on acquiring new publishers and maintaining current;
- Achieve traffic flow stability;
- Set up relevant processes to improve efficiency performance and growth both within and outside the team
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and make improvements;
- Conduct Market and Competitors Research suggest how to be competitive;
- Find suggest and test new revenue streams;
- Maintain and keep organized and uptodate a CRM;
- Attend International Conferences.
About you preferred requirements for this role
- 4 years experience as a Senior Publisher Manager and at least 15 years of work experience in a leadership role;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with unique and fresh approach strategies for new leads;
- Experience in CPC CPM flat deals hunting new sites;
- Outofthebox thinking is a must;
- Strong problemsolving skills and independence;
- Good Google Sheet knowledge;
- Experience with Google Analytics;
- Fluent in English.
Nice to have:
- Experience working in an adult advertising network is considered a big plus;
- Experience with monday.com;
- Experience with Jira or similar programs.
