Were looking for a confident Senior Advertiser Manager with a solid network in direct advertising skilled in negotiating CPM and flat deals. An ideal candidate should bring creative ideas solve problems independently and know your way around AdServer platforms.

Now were expanding our rapidly growing CPM Adnetwork is rapidly expanding connecting publishers with the biggest advertisers in the industry. Our goal is to grow into a leading AdNetwork and were looking for a Senior Advertiser Manager who can help us achieve that vision.
What youll be working on
- Finding new direct advertisers to grow our network.
- Selling ad placements provided by the Publishers Department.
- Cooperating with the Publishers Department to optimize deals for top performance.
- Managing advertiser accounts and maintaining strong relationships.
- Attending international conferences to expand partnerships.
- Exploring new ad formats and revenue streams to boost growth.

About you:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with unique and fresh approach strategies for new Advertisers;
- Experience with target payment models such as CPM and Flat Deals.
- Outofthebox thinking is a must;
- Strong problemsolving skills and independence;
- Existing contact network of direct advertisers;
- Working experience with AdServer platforms;
- Good understanding of Adformats and their average market values;
Considered an advantage:
- Experience working with betting iGaming and nutra industries.
