The Role

The/Studio is seeking a dynamic and datadriven Performance Marketing Manager to join our remote team. In this role you will leverage your expertise in digital marketing data analysis and performance optimization to drive customer acquisition maximize ROI and increase overall brand visibility. Youll be responsible for strategizing executing and optimizing paid digital campaigns across various platforms ensuring that The/Studio continues to grow its customer base and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Youll work closely with our marketing creative and product teams to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with our business goals and brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Campaign Strategy: Develop execute and optimize paid digital campaigns across multiple channels including Google Ads Facebook/Instagram LinkedIn TikTok and other relevant platforms.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics Facebook Ads Manager etc.) to track key metrics (CPC CPA ROAS etc.) and optimize for maximum ROI.
  • A/B Testing & Optimization: Continuously perform A/B tests on ad creatives copy landing pages and bidding strategies to improve the performance of campaigns.
  • Budget Management: Manage paid advertising budgets ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to meet revenue and growth goals.
  • Audience Segmentation & Targeting: Create and test audience segments to ensure campaigns are targeted to the right demographics geographies and interests to drive highquality leads and sales.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
  • Competitor & Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and monitor competitor activities to inform strategies and ensure campaigns are competitive.
  • Crossfunctional Collaboration: Partner with the product sales and data teams to gather insights and align on objectives and performance goals.
  • Reporting & Insights: Regularly communicate campaign results to stakeholders and provide actionable insights that inform future strategies.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 4 years of experience in performance marketing digital advertising or related roles. Experience managing paid campaigns across Google Ads Facebook/Instagram LinkedIn TikTok or other paid media platforms is a must.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis and reporting skills with the ability to derive insights and optimize campaigns. Experience with Google Analytics Google Tag Manager and other performance measurement tools is preferred.
  • Creative Thinking: Ability to think creatively about campaign strategies ad creatives and landing page optimization.
  • ResultsOriented: Proven track record of optimizing campaigns to achieve performance goals and deliver a high return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge inad platforms (Google Ads Meta Ads etc.) data tools and the ability to understand key performance metrics.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to present datadriven insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
  • SelfStarter: Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced remote work environment.
  • Bonus: Experience in eCommerce marketing or B2B performance marketing is a plus. Experience with SEO email marketing or affiliate marketing will also be advantageous.
