Job Description
- Operate and have expertise of all equipment and systems within the site. Including running and operating the conditioning tower
- Drive Forklifts operate pallet wraps support systems such as conditioning packaging and treating
- Lead field activities and process of planting field observations harvest and data collection.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues when incidents or breakdowns occur in addition to routine maintenance
- Responsible for supporting training and mentoring new Production Technicians
- Create and update training material related to all production technician processes and procedures
- Act as the firsttier escalation for all warehouse plant and field issues
- Maintain and ensure compliance with site HSE protocols and Syngenta HSE policies and code of conduct.
- Responsible for shift change hand off and facilitating production meetings
- Provide support and troubleshoot process order tracking administrative procedures
- Maintenance orders and production information leveraging data systems (SAP SMMS WMS)
- Log nonconformities in the system and supporting root cause analysis on issues; Support site escalation process on issues / nonconformities
- Demonstrate adherence and educate peers to the companys Quality Management System (QMS) standards
- Support projects / initiatives to improve performance processes and standards in accordance with production area site and company goals
Qualifications :
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Ability to work multiple shifts
- Ability to lift push pull up to 70 pounds
- Knowledge of safety procedures and maintaining a safe work environment
- Advanced knowledge of relevant production software (SCADA)
- Knowledge of routine maintenance procedures
