Job Description
1. Quality Management system (1020%)
- Follow APAC Quality Policy Standards and Code of Practices
- Manage Nonconformity of field production activities.
- Knowledge transfer field production team and growers field quality standard (Field score card)
- Update the local quality standards for field quality regulation
2. Conduct field inspection as assigned location (7080%)
- Make field inspection planning base on planting schedule conduct field inspection ensure strictly follow schedule and on time inspection.
- Ensure the compliance Field Quality Score card and process.
- Make daily record monthly report to support field rating decision
- Implement seeds quality improvement program in field quality by developing tracking and improving leading indicators of quality
- Follow up harvesting MC ensure proper harvesting schedule
3. Support Toller processing after done harvesting season (1030%)
- Web cob receiving supervision
- Packing supervision
Qualifications :
- Be a agronomy engineer
- Have experience quality control in seed industry is a plus
- Experience on Quality Management System and Total quality management is a plus
- Organizing skills good computer user
- Active cooperative accurate timely orderly
- Teamwork development and reliability in relationships across functions.
- Positive attitude to change innovation creativity.
