You will partner directly with the CEO in the entertainment industry overseeing operations fostering team alignment and driving organizational efficiency. This role demands an experienced EA with a deep understanding of executive workflows and an ability to support both professional and personal responsibilities.
This role is tailored for seasoned professionals with the following qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of handson experience as an Executive Assistant (not in adjacent roles such as project coordination or general administration).
Preferred: Demonstrated ability to support executives directly responsible for managing teams of 25 members.
Prior experience in highpaced startup and/or fully remote environments.
Flawless English proficiency (verbal and written).
Ability to synthesize complex information into clear actionable insights.
Start your day at 67 AM PST.
Be available for key team meetings often scheduled in the mornings while also maintaining flexibility for lateafternoon responsibilities.

Strategic Calendar Management: Prioritize and manage professional and personal schedules to optimize productivity.
Inbox Ownership: Process prioritize and respond to communications seamlessly reducing executive inbox time to under an hour daily.
Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas capture actionable items and ensure the CEO is informed and prepared.
Team Support: Liaise with a 25member team including department heads in sales operations and finance ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
Travel and Event Coordination: Manage bookings secure tickets and organize professional and personal events.
Second Brain: Serve as the CEOs strategic partner anticipating needs and driving efficiencies across their personal and professional responsibilities.
This role is for exceptional candidates who meet the following criteria:
Proven experience as an EA/PA to CEO(s) in dynamic fastpaced environments.
Remote startup experience: Comfort with adapting to evolving structures and processes.
Personal support expertise: Skilled in managing personal tasks such as event planning ticket sourcing and more.
Demonstrated ability to work directly with business owners or entrepreneurs ideally those managing teams in the US.
Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on proactivity and problemsolving.
