Our Proposal

We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and lead crossfunctional teams in the IT Projects and Development areas. This highlevel role requires a strong leader with extensive technical knowledge process improvement expertise and the ability to drive strategic initiatives. Your primary mission will be to ensure operational efficiency compliance and customer satisfaction while fostering innovation and continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Define implement and review IT operational policies to optimize efficiency and compliance.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies and process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with different departments to create ITdriven processes and policies for optimal project delivery.
  • Oversee customer projects ensuring compliance timely followup and successful completion.
  • Supervise internal and external customer service provided by the teams under your management.
  • Plan and coordinate daily operations ensuring smooth functioning of your area and team.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and redesign processes for optimal performance.
  • Manage relationships with customers partners suppliers and stakeholders to align with strategic objectives.
  • Provide strong leadership and coaching to your teams ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Ensure teams maintain uptodate certifications and technological proficiency while delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelors degree in IT or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 10 years in Operations Management preferably in the Managed Service Provider (MSP) industry.
  • Proven ability to manage crossfunctional teams (Service Desk Network General IT Support Projects Development).
  • Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft and Cisco technologies with 610 years of experience in each.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Nice to have skills

    • ITIL Certification (preferred).
    • Knowledge of Azure Cloud Computing and Servers (nicetohave).
