Position: Scheduling Clerk
Location: London Ontario On Site
Sodexo is growing! We are looking for a Scheduling Clerk to join our dynamic team. This position is a fulltime role. You will be offered is a great team environment work/life balance and the ability to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications :
What Youll Need to Succeed:
Highschool Diploma GED or equivalent
One (1) Year recent and related experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to quality assurance and the safety of our internal and external customers.
Advanced skill sin Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
Previous experience with Kronos
How youll make an impact:
During your mandate you will be asked to perform a variety of scheduling tasks related to employee scheduling. Your duties will include managing and inputting employee schedules handling vacation requests working with leaders to keep up to date employee information such as medical leaves etc. You will also be responsible for the coordination of new hire schedules.
