Job Description
How Youll Make an Impact:
- Responsible for onsite food service across two locations ensuring efficiency and quality
- Lead and coordinate the activities of frontline employees ensuring smooth daily operations
- Onboard train and develop new employees fostering a highperforming team
- Maintain high levels of customer and client satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with food and labour budgets tracking expenses to meet financial targets
- Oversee food and beverage inventory management maintaining appropriate par levels and minimizing waste
- Ensure consistency in service and product quality while adhering to all regulatory food safety and internal standards
Qualifications :
What Youll Need to Succeed:
- Post secondary diploma in hospitality or a related field
- Minimum 5 years Food Service operations experience with 2 years leadership experience
- Experience working in high volume food service environments
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills
- Previous experience in community services and outreach programs is a valuable asset
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering unparalleled service
- Effective problem solver
- Safetyfirst mindset
