Tasks
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or crosssell company services to meet customer needs.
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role preferably within the mortgage or financial services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and Word.
