The below information has been provided by KAB Sales & Marketing:

Territory Location:  Oklahoma & Arkansas

KAB Sales & Marketing is currently seeking a qualified independent outside sales representative to generate and grow market share for a suite of MasterBrand Cabinetry products.  An existing dealer base as well as an opportunity to prospect for expansion exists within this territory.  Not mandatory but the ideal living location for this position is Oklahoma City Tulsa or Little Rock.  Success in this position is earned by developing relationships with dealer partners through product training helping them sell kitchens and supporting them when issues arise.  This is an independent contractor role and the individual selected will be a 1099 subcontractor and work as a commissioned Sales Representative. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated selfstarter quick learner with great organization skills and is passionate about sales development in a fastpaced environment.

Objectives of this Role

  • Maintain working relationships with existing dealers to ensure exceptional service and identify potential new sales opportunities
  • Generate leads prospecting and relationship building in an effort to add new accounts to the existing portfolio of business
  • Planning and organizing a daily/monthly work schedule to call on existing dealers and prospects
  • Pull through sales initiatives which include identifying and prospecting builders interior designers and remodelers in an effort to bring them to dealers to facilitate sales
  • Meet quarterly/annual sales targets through the successful implementation of programs and personal connection with the dealership sales/designers and ownership

Qualifications :

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong selfstarter with little effort given to accountability
  • An in depth and comprehensive understanding of consultative selling and relationship building
  • Impeccable attention to details and organizational skills
  • Proven experience in problem solving communication and conflict resolution
  • Dynamic presenter with the ability to facilitate product and new material launch trainings
  • Outside Sales experience of 2 years.
  • Experience related to residential cabinetry or the construction industry is a plus
