- Lead the recruitment process from start to finish collaborating closely with hiring managers to focus on hiring quality talent at pace.
- Conduct detailed job scope meetings with hiring leaders to determine position specifications providing relevant market data and recommendations.
- With support from our dedicated offsite sourcing team youll review applications and directly source candidates via various recruitment marketing methods including online social media networks referrals and internals.
- Develop and manage recruitment marketing plans or sourcing plans to align with search requirements.
- Hold weekly review calls with hiring managers to provide consultative status updates on each search.
- Ensure timely communication with candidates regarding application and interview status.
- Prepare candidates for interviews coaching them on logistics attire and expectations.
- Keep candidates engaged throughout the process with consistent communication.
- Identify and recommend solutions to perceived difficulties with searches.
Qualifications :
Position Requirements
- Strong recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in a corporate inhouse or RPO setting.
- Experience using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring leaders.
