The Talent Administrator & Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the talent acquisition process through prehire and posthire activities facilitating a variety of logistical and recruitment activities to service a particular client program or teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment and interview process
- Completes and reviews screening assessment and document candidate responses effectively screening in or out of the recruitment process based on position requirements
- Develop interview schedules to ensure qualified candidates are evaluated
- Update candidate statues in the appropriate recruitment systems (Applicant Tracking System (ATS) proprietary systems etc.)
- Timely review of applicants who have applied via the ATS
- Schedule noncomplex phone video and inperson interviews with Recruiters or Hiring Managers
- Ensure recruitment team are appropriately updated on progress escalate concerns or obstacles
- Provide other administrative support to recruitment team as needed
Qualifications :
Position Requirements
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience:
- Minimum of one year of experience in a business or office environment utilizing the required customer service and administrative skills.
Exposure:
- Strong communication skills verbal and written
- Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite including Outlook.
- Ability to prioritize and organize own work
- Desire to provide a high level of customer service to colleagues and clients
- Keen interest in recruitment
Work location:
Functional/Technical Knowledge Skills and Abilities Required:
Knowledge of commonlyused concepts practices and procedures within talent acquisition strongly preferred.
Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite including Outlook.
The anticipated starting salary range for individuals in this position is $33000 $40000 dependent upon experience geography and industry knowledge.
