Physical Therapist (PT) Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: $100000 $130000 per year
- SignOn Bonus: $20000
- Relocation Assistance: Up to $15000
- Living Stipend: $1000/month for 12 months

Physical Therapist (PT) Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 am 5:00 pm
- Services Provided: Inpatient and outpatient care
Physical Therapist (PT) Requirements:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (minimum B.S.)
- Licensure: Current Arizona Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain
