Travel Arrangements: Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel.
Event Planning: Organize events and meetings including logistics and agendas.
Personal Support: Handle personal errands and tasks as required.
Confidentiality: Maintain a high level of discretion and handle sensitive information responsibly.
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Exceptional organizational and timemanagement skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in software/tools e.g. Microsoft Office Suite Google Workspace.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
High level of professionalism and discretion.
