Job Description
Our Global Architecture & Urbanism Division combines the expertise of IBIs Buildings and Placemaking practice our Places capabilities and CRTKLs multisector design leadership to offer a diverse range of solutions focusing on humancentric design sustainability and technology.
Arcadis New York office is seeking an experienced Senior Project Architect to join our dynamic Workplace team contributing to a range of highprofile projects. In this role youll oversee the architectural design and technical development ensuring that our workplace solutions meet the highest standards of quality innovation and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the production and coordination of technical drawings through all project phasesfrom Concept Design through to Construction Documentation
- Oversee the development and integration of design solutions ensuring compliance with codes standards and regulations
- Manage multiple projects providing technical guidance to junior staff and ensuring adherence to design intent quality standards and client objectives
- Collaborate closely with clients consultants contractors and internal teams to facilitate the smooth delivery of projects
- Monitor project timelines budgets and deliverables to ensure alignment with scope and performance goals
Qualifications :
Qualifications & Experience:
- Professional degree in Architecture and an active architectural license
- 810 years of experience with a proven track record in workplace design and project delivery
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD with experience in BIM coordination
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide teams through complex technical challenges
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality architectural solutions
The salary range for this position is $100000 to $120000. The base salary represents Arcadis hiring range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors such as location skills experience and qualification for the role
