Job Description
In this role you will be overseeing and executing various functions related to investors to ensure seamless fund operations. Key responsibilities include processing investor transactions maintaining accurate records and collaborating with internal teams to enhance service delivery.
Responsibilities:
Process investor subscriptions redemptions and transfers accurately and efficiently. Support the quality control review process of daily deliverables following company and department policies and procedures relating to investor registration dealing reporting and cash.
Maintain uptodate investor records ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements. Be a main contact for daily client inquiries and deliverables within your team striving to complete deliverables within Service level agreements escalate any client or deliverable issues where required and appropriate.
Collaborate with internal teams including client services and fund accounting to address investor inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Respond to queries from Clients Investors Fund Managers or internal MUFG Departments following a highquality standard and provide assistance and guidance to the team members in query responses
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Law or other business related field is nice to have
- 12 years experience preferably in financial services fund administration asset management banking or client service
- Knowledge of Investor Services processes and related functionalities will be considered an asset
- Existing client/customer service experience would be ideal
- Computer skills with strengths in Microsoft Office products. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel would be an asset.
