Job Description
- Operate and oversee reconciliation technology to deliver Investment Manager positions and profit & loss reconciliations.
- Ensure client transaction processing is complete corporate actions have been booked correctly & security pricing is accurate.
- Review pricing of portfolios confirming securities such as equities options futures bonds & OTC derivatives are priced correctly. Gather security prices from vendors such as Bloomberg & ICE where necessary.
- Perform NAV reviews investigating what is causing changes in NAV from prior periods.
- Liaise with custodians brokers and other counterparties on an ongoing basis for break resolutions and process improvements.
- Provide great client service to all our clients be they internal or external.
- Respond to queries from clients in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure client SLAs are strictly adhered to.
- Support the new client onboarding processes.
Qualifications :
- University Degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
- Computer skills with strengths in Microsoft Office products. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is an asset.
- Understanding of securities such as equities bonds forwards futures options.
- Advanced investigative and problem solving skills
