You will join a dynamic team playing a leading role in the organizations digital transformation. Reporting to the Senior Manager ERP & BI you will act as a strategic contributor in the integration and optimization of modules related to Project Management and Accounting and Finance.
Primary Responsibilities
Serve as a functional expert for Dynamics 365 F&O with a specific focus on the Project Management and Accounting and Finance modules
Analyze business needs in collaboration with stakeholders and propose solutions aligned with the organizations strategic goals
Configure and optimize the F&O modules to support business processes related to projects management and accounting and finance (e.g. budgeting invoicing financial tracking)
Collaborate with business experts and the IT team to ensure seamless integration of processes and functionalities
Oversee periodic updates of Dynamics 365 F&O assess impacts evaluate new features and ensure operational continuity
Develop and execute functional test scenarios in partnership with the quality assurance team
Train and support end users to maximize tool and process adoption
Maintain documentation of configurations processes and best practices
Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the development of a Dynamics 365 F&O community of practice
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent
35 years of experience as a functional analyst ideally with Dynamics 365 F&O or similar ERP systems (e.g. Dynamics AX GP)
Proven expertise in Project Management and Accounting and Finance processes within an ERP context
Knowledge of HR Procurement and other modules is considered an asset
Familiarity with financial and accounting best practices related to project management
Knowledge of Power Platform including Power BI an asset
Bilingualism: Proficiency in French and intermediate to advanced English (spoken and written) in order to communicate with CIMAs colleagues around Canada
Excellent skills in analysis and problemsolving
Ability to work collaboratively in an agile and dynamic team environment
