Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate to join the Financing and Balance Sheet Management team within Total Fund Management. The person will have a fixed income skill set with a background in rates and financing and 5 years of relevant experience.
Accountabilities:
- Provide input into funding strategies including repo and financing markets more generally.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights on trading strategies.
- Collaborate with groups within Total Fund.
- Maintain and develop relationships with key market participants.
- Provide insights on portfolio risk and PnL
- Prepare materials for weekly portfolio review and other meetings
Qualifications :
- 5 years of experience in a fixed income role.
- Strong understanding of fixed income through demonstrated experience with swaps futures and/or cash products
- Communication and interpersonal skills a key component of success in the role
- Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in finance economics or a related field.
