ADGA is hiring a Project Manager to provide project support and coordination to multiple projects on a largescale defence program that ADGA manages which include planning tracking requirements capabilities and dependencies in these projects.
The Project Manager will provide support to the following project activities but not limited to:
- Plan recommend and coordinate project management activities for the six projects including financial planning and contracting aspects;
- Track project dependencies for the six projects
- Monitor track progress of project activities; produce status reports and dashboards to senior management and stakeholders;
- Collaborate assist Project PMOs with external stakeholder coordination throughout the Project phases;
- Assist Projects PMO with internal SME coordination as required;
- Manage the Projects Service Level Agreements (SLA);
- Coordinate and track Projects requirements and capabilities;
- Advise PCO on emerging schedule resource and technical risks;
- Maintain project control information in order to support LC4ISR integration within projects;
- Coordinate with project teams and track files deliverables tasks action items risks and meets;
- Maintain track data for Action Items and other project tasks providing metrics to PMO;
- Assist in the development of plans and projects;
- Produce project documents brief notes reports and presentations;
- Advise LPICC Cell Coordinator on Workload Key Milestones and Major Risks; and
- Perform any other work related to this category.
Qualifications :
- A minimum of an Undergraduate level university degree in any discipline or Proof of a College diploma in Engineering Technology Information Technology Project Management Business Administration or suitable engineering or technical field required to support the project.
- Must possess an active Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- A minimum of 60 months of demonstrated experience within the last 108 months in at least 8 of this assessment areas criteria:
- Demonstrated experience working as a project manager for projects in excess of $1M per year expenditure.
- Demonstrated experience preparing and presenting technical and management documents.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder and communications management in a project context
- Demonstrated experience in project financial management for projects in excess of $1M per year expenditure.
- Demonstrated experience in project scope management for projects in excess of $1M per year expenditure.
- Demonstrated experience in project schedule management for projects in excess of $1M per year expenditure.
- Demonstrated experience in project risk management for projects in excess of $1M per year expenditure.
- Drafting correspondence and making recommendations on the acceptance or rejection of deliverables.
- Preparing Contract Deliverable Requirements Lists (CDRLs) and Data Item Descriptions (DIDs).
