InStore Branding:
Ensure consistency across all visual and sensory elements from signage and displays to music lighting and scent.
Collaborate with design and merchandising teams to maintain an onbrand store environment.
Customer Experience:
Design and optimize the instore customer journey to ensure its engaging seamless and aligned with the brand.
Continuously enhance store flow and sensory branding elements.
Events & Activations:
Plan and execute instore events and activations that attract and engage the target audience.
Develop creative strategies to increase foot traffic and customer interaction through memorable experiences.
Foot Traffic & Acquisition:
Create and implement strategies to attract new customers including seasonal promotions partnerships and incentives.
Utilize instore touchpoints such as QR codes and tablets to encourage newsletter signups and enhance customer engagement.
PR & Coordination:
Manage PR efforts for instore events ensuring effective communication of the brands message to media and the public.
Collaborate with Creative and Marketing teams to align instore activities with broader campaigns.
Campaign Strategy:
Actively participate in campaign development ensuring alignment of instore branding and promotions with overarching brand strategies.
Qualifications :
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education
Experience:
Minimum 35 years of experience in branding retail experience management event planning or a related role.
Experience in retail or a similar customerfacing environment is highly preferred.
Skills:
Strong understanding of sensory branding and retail layout design principles.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Proven ability to plan and execute events and activations.
Strong communication skills and experience working with crossfunctional teams.
Creative mindset with a focus on problemsolving and customercentric design.
Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite) and marketing platforms is a plus.
Knowledge of datadriven decisionmaking tools to analyze event performance and foot traffic.
