Responsible for developing clear and well-structured analytical plans and analyzes large data-sets in the CMMS
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
- Work with client’s staff to data evaluation, cleansing and standardize all information within CMMS.
- Helps the organization to see and understand data, by visual analytical transformations of their operations activities.
- Educate the way users use data to solve problems by providing visual cues that help grasp and process huge amounts of information, and help them to be more data-driven.
- Evaluate and analyse both the quality and availability of data and it’s source, identify data gaps.
- Removing or modifying data that is incorrect, incomplete, irrelevant, duplicated, or improperly formatted
- Standardize and ensure the fulfilment of Information System primary data.
- Review International standards to identify opportunity for adoption and metrics baseline enhancement.
- Monitor the behaviour of existing medical technology in term of maintenance cost, operational cost
- Train, develop, and supervise analyst-level employees.
- Perform other applicable task and duties assigned within the realm of his/her knowledge, skills and abilities.
EHS Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing Environment health and safety in their area of operations
- Shall take part in all Risk assessments, EHS Monitoring system such as Paper conservation, Water conservation, Energy conservation
- Shall be a part of the Incident management process and shall actively participate in any incident investigation process.
- Shall understand and communicate QEHS Policy within his department
- Shall report any untoward EHS incidents such as Abnormal noise, Abnormal energy consumption / Water leakage / Paper wastage, Improper waste disposal, Risk of Fire.
- Shall proactively understand the EHS risks associated in their respective work area.
- Shall comply to any specific Regulatory (Government) requirements in Waste management, Incident management, Safety requirements to be followed by any Ministry requirements.
- Shall report any unsafe acts and unsafe conditions to QEHS & Compliance manager.
Desired candidate profile
- Data Collection and Management:
- Gather, organize, and clean data from internal and external sources to ensure that the dataset is accurate and usable.
- Oversee the management of large datasets, ensuring that data is properly structured for analysis and reporting.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Perform comprehensive data analysis, utilizing statistical methods and advanced analytical tools to derive actionable insights.
- Develop, automate, and maintain regular reports and dashboards that track business KPIs and performance metrics.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets to provide meaningful insights to the business.
- Predictive Modeling and Forecasting:
- Build and implement predictive models using machine learning techniques to forecast future business trends or outcomes.
- Apply advanced statistical techniques to analyze historical data and predict future business needs or customer behavior.
- Data Visualization and Presentation:
- Create dynamic dashboards and visualizations that make data insights easily interpretable and accessible for decision-makers.
- Present findings to stakeholders through reports, presentations, or meetings, translating complex data into actionable recommendations.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
- Work closely with business leaders, managers, and technical teams to understand data requirements and objectives.
- Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities to improve business processes or performance through data-driven insights.
