Job Description
GENERAL FUNCTION
- Responsible for providing service at clients site according to the service contract agreement
TASKS
Technical
- Provide services including but not limited to technical advice system monitoring and maintenance troubleshooting piping & repairing job
- Raise safety awareness at site and ensure a safe working environment
- Perform minor troubleshooting
- Respond to troubleshoot system abnormality
- Report and inform supervisor on system abnormality
- Record all data/information in the monitoring checklist accordingly on a timely basis
- Conduct both physical and scada system monitoring
- Replenish chemicals
Management
Safety
- Apply the Safety procedures for operations bound to their activities
Quality
- Apply the Quality procedures for operations bound to their activities
Qualifications :
Education
- Post Secondary/Technical in Engineering (Civil Environmental Chemical)
Additional Information :
EXPERIENCE EXPECTED
- Fresh graduates accepted No
- 3 5 year(s) of experience in the water treatment industry
COMPETENCIES EXPECTED (Maximum 8 in total)
Technical
- Ability to troubleshoot system independently (Level 4 Proficient)
- Knowledge in piping (Level 4 Proficient)
Personal
- Problem Solving (Level 4 Proficient)
- Customer Focus (Level 4 Proficient)
- Communication (Level 4 Proficient)
- Leadership (Level 3 Competent)
