Provide training needs and education on technology and technical systems to E-Medical Records staff and execute daily procedures and operations at Training Centre and in projects with regard to presentations, workshops, training activities and programs.
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, training/organizational development, management information system, computer science, or related field.
Experience
Minimum Five (5) years of relevant experience.
Training Program Design & Delivery:
Expertise in designing and developing training programs, workshops, and seminars tailored to organizational needs.
Ability to deliver engaging, interactive, and effective training sessions both in-person and through virtual platforms.
Knowledge of instructional design principles (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), training methods, and learning theories.
Needs Assessment & Curriculum Development:
Ability to assess organizational training needs and align training programs with business goals.
Skilled in creating curriculum and educational materials that cater to different learning styles.
Evaluation & Performance Metrics:
Proficiency in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
Ability to adjust training content and methods based on evaluation results to improve learning outcomes.
Technology Proficiency:
Experience using eLearning software, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and multimedia tools to deliver training.
Familiarity with virtual classroom tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet) and other online education platforms.
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain concepts and engage participants.
Ability to create instructional materials, user guides, and training documentation that are clear and easy to understand.
Leadership & Facilitation:
Ability to lead and facilitate group learning sessions, workshops, and seminars.
Experience coaching, mentoring, and supporting employees or trainees in developing their skills and knowledge.
Problem-Solving & Adaptability:
Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to address training-related challenges and barriers to learning.
Adaptability to changes in training needs, technology, and organizational goals.
