Job Description
Alpinum Solutions is a leading provider of managed legal services in Switzerland Germany and Liechtenstein. For our latest mandate we are seeking an exceptional talent in the following field:
Position: Legal Counsel
Sector: Industry
Start Date: January 2025
Duration: 2 months
Utilization: 100%
Location: Geneva (hybrid)
Salary: CHF
Tasks
- Lead and negotiate Master Agreements (ISDA EFET) and related trading contracts; ensure they align with company objectives and comply with legal standards
- Advise on legal aspects of daily transactions including mineral oil and commodity contracts
- Assess and manage legal risks related to trading activities including credit market and counterparty risks
- Work closely with other departments (finance risk compliance) to align legal support with business objectives
Requirements
- Fluency in English German and French is a plus
- Resident in Switzerland
- 8 years PQE specifically within the energy sector
- Strong experience with trading agreements including ISDA EFET and similar master agreements
