MustHave Requirements
Able to draft AsBuilt drawings using AutoCAD software
Able to prepare Civil/Equipment/Piping/(nonprocess and process lines)/Cable tray/Pipe supports in 3D Model based on Engineering documents like PID/Equipment & Instruments Cutsheets /Valves & Piping List etc. using 3D Modeling Softwares like Plant 3D Revit E3D Open Plant etc.
Able to Prepare Structural and Pipe Stress Analysis package including weight datasheet
Proficient in developing material requisitions Review supplier technical offers and prepare techno commercial bid evaluation tabs.
Good To Have Requirements (That Supports future Career progression in the Role)
Able to draft Equipment/Foundation Layout using AutoCAD software
Able to prepare Civil/Equipment/Piping(nonprocess and process lines) in 3D Model based on Basic Engineering documents using 3D Modeling Softwares like Plant 3D PDMS E3D Open Plant Revit etc.
Able to Perform Pipe support span length calculation and review 3D Model. Performing stress analysis with simple load cases & combinations Pipe Support Selection
Proficient in conducting 3D model reviews from concept to completion
Knowledge on ASME B31.3 Process Piping Code /B 31.1 Power Piping Code
Aware of interdisciplinary activities and support for various other disciplines during the project
Qualifications :
Diploma/Engineering Degree Mechanical / Experience in Mechanical Engineering
Additional Information :
Maximum 37 years Experience of mechanical design in WaterPowerOil and Gas or related Industry
