Job Description
Payroll Analyst
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate international payroll knowledge
- Possess sound knowledge of payroll processing
- Exhibit good technical aptitude in payroll finance and systems
- Ensure individual tax payroll and statutory compliance
- Handle payroll organization design planning distribution process design shared services and taxes
- Utilize functional skills including statutory knowledge social securities and mandatory deductions of responsible countries
- Experience with Oracle is mandatory
- Perform payroll reconciliation
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in HRO
- Mandatory experience in Oracle HRMS
- Valid passport
