Job Description
Position: EUC Cloud Managed Workplace Engineer.
Location: Amsterdam Netherlands.
Language Requirement: Dutchspeaking candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Modern Workplace Engineering:
- Advise on the setup of modern workplaces tailored to optimal workflows.
- Review and enhance conditional access policies based on best practices.
- Hybrid Working:
- Work remotely and be present at the KAD headquarters in Zaandam at least twice a week (or as per arrangements).
- EUC Service Expertise:
- Microsoft Intune: Centralized management of enduser devices to ensure security and compliance.
- Microsoft Defender for Endpoint: Advanced threat protection and endpoint security to safeguard against cyber threats.
- Performance Dashboards: Monitor and visualize performance metrics in realtime to optimize EUC resources.
- Application Remediation: Analyse and configure legacy applications for compatibility with Windows 10/11.
- Feature Development:
- Iteratively develop features and functionalities using inscope platforms.
- Set up test environments with key business users to ensure application functionality.
- Service Management:
- Participate in service calls with Microsoft for alignment and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with customer product owner teams to align roadmaps and strategies.
- Technical Expertise:
- Provide technical guidance for the successful delivery of EUCrelated projects.
- Work closely with the customer architect team to promote modern ways of working.
Requirements
- Language: Fluency in Dutch.
- Proven experience with modern workplace engineering.
- Indepth knowledge of Microsoft Intune Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and application remediation.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid and DevSecOps environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
