Job Title: Welding/Piping Inspector

Location: Singapore
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed inspections of piping systems and welded components to ensure compliance with applicable codes standards and specifications.
- Conduct nondestructive testing (NDT) methods such as radiography ultrasonic and magnetic particle testing to assess weld quality.
- Review welding procedures specifications and qualifications to ensure alignment with project requirements.
- Monitor and inspect welding activities during fabrication and installation stages.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and standards while conducting inspections.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports documentation and findings for submission to project management.
- Identify defects and nonconformances recommend corrective actions and oversee the implementation of corrective measures.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve issues and ensure project timelines are met.
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of welds piping and fittings to ensure precision.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of industry standards and advancements in welding and piping inspection.
Essential Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid CSWIP 3.1 Certification or equivalent.
- Minimum of 34 years of handson experience in welding and piping inspection.
- Strong understanding of international codes and standards such as ASME AWS and API.
- Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings P&ID diagrams and isometric drawings.
