Responsible for the processing of activities in the Employee Relations section such as probationary appraisal, leave management, employee benefits, employees attendance, grievances, employee inquiries, payroll and other administrative support

Education/ Professional Qualification
Diploma Holder. Preferably Bachelor’s Degree in HR
Experience
At least (1) year of experience in relevant field
Professional Licensing / Certification / Training
Relevant certification
Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build trust and maintain positive working relationships with employees and management.
Conflict Resolution: Basic knowledge of resolving workplace conflicts and mediating disputes in a fair and professional manner.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with employees, drafting reports, and providing clear guidance.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain detailed records, and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
Employee Relations Knowledge: Familiarity with workplace policies, procedures, and best practices in employee relations.
Labor Law Awareness: Basic understanding of labor laws and regulations, including wage and hour laws, discrimination policies, and workplace safety standards.
Confidentiality: Strong commitment to handling sensitive employee information with discretion and professionalism.
Data Management: Proficiency in maintaining employee records and generating reports using HR software or tools.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify potential employee concerns and suggest appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
