Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to join the team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in designing for B2B SaaS platforms with a passion for creating intuitive efficient and visually compelling interfaces. Your contributions will be pivotal in refining the existing product and delivering exceptional value to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
UserCentered Design: Develop userfriendly designs for intricate workflows integrations and systems supporting multiple users and roles.
Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering teams to implement designs and ensure topquality execution.
Proactive Improvement: Identify and recommend enhancements to improve product experiences aligning user needs with business objectives.
Sales & Marketing Focus: Design interfaces tailored to sales and marketing professionals ensuring an intuitive experience for vendors and customers.
Research & Feedback: Gather insights from users analyze feedback and refine designs to align with user expectations and strategic goals.
MultiRole Products: Create designs that cater to diverse user personas providing seamless experiences across different roles.
Requirements
5 years of UX/UI design experience with a focus on B2B SaaS products.
Expertise in designing complex systems workflows and integrations.
Proven success collaborating directly with engineering teams.
Deep understanding of usercentered design principles and usability best practices.
Strong portfolio demonstrating multiuser and multirole application designs.
Experience in sales/marketingoriented design is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present design decisions.
