We are seeking an experienced and motivated Community Manager to join our growing team.
As a Community Manager you will be responsible for building managing and nurturing our affiliate community. Your role will involve developing engagement strategies facilitating communication within the community and creating a positive environment that encourages active participation and collaboration. You will be the bridge between the company and our affiliates ensuring their satisfaction and enhancing their experience on our platform.
Responsibilities:
- Community Engagement:
- Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage the affiliate community both online and offline.
- Organize and lead online events webinars and discussions to foster a vibrant and supportive community.
- Encourage participation interaction and sharing of best practices within the community.
- Relationship Building:
- Cultivate and maintain strong valuedriven relationships with community members offering support and assistance when needed.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliates addressing inquiries feedback and concerns promptly.
- Manage community forums social media groups and other communication channels to ensure a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze community engagement metrics member satisfaction and overall growth.
- Use data insights to improve community management strategies and drive deeper engagement.
- Prepare reports on community health and progress for management.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the crossfunctional teams to align community initiatives with broader organizational goals.
- Collaborate with the tech team to enhance the platforms user experience based on community feedback.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in community management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of online communities and digital engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and inspire a diverse group of individuals.
- Experience in creating content and managing social media or community platforms.
- Ability to analyze community data and develop actionable insights.
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing is an advantage.
