Job Description
As an Area Facility Manager you will secure the Facility Service delivery to stores and other properties for H&M Group based on the agreed requirements and planned activities. You will provide operational input for new stores and rebuilds in order to secure longterm cost and quality levels.
Key responsibilities:
- Communicate initiatives and developments for H&M Group which will have an impact on Facility services to stores and other properties.
- Work closely with Sales Market Construction & Facility Manager to implement the market Facility Strategy and translate into operational activities and actions.
- Operational/tactical contract lead for FM suppliers and ensure successful delivery from Service Providers and Landlords.
- Drive collaboration with other Expansion departments as well as Brand Sales and Operations to understand business needs and plan and execute accordingly.
- Monitor the status of the store portfolio asset management identifying investment needs and taking necessary actions to secure the lifetime of the portfolio.
- Align all Facility activities with the overall store plan to optimize investments and running costs.
- Responsible for the Store portfolio Facility cost budget based on agreed requirements and planned activities.
- Monitor and follow up cost performance based on actual versus budget including forecasts and quality performance based on predefined quality measures.
Qualifications :
To be successful in the role as Area Facility Manager we believe you are a teamplayer with experience from working in a role with several stakeholders.
What you need to succeed:
- Experience from activity based budgeting and operational planning.
- Previous work experience from retail construction facility management and/or real estate.
- Experience from managing external suppliers and followup on contractual obligations.
- Knowledge in MS Office more specifically Outlook Excel PowerPoint and MS Teams.
- Polish and English at an advanced level.
- Degree in engineering business administration (similar) or Project Management certifications are meriting.
Additional Information :
This is a fulltime position based on local employment contract in Warsaw Poland. Area Facility Manager is part of Expansion Department and reports to Construction and Facilities Manager.
