Job Description

As the Loss Prevention Manager you will be responsible for managing leading and ensuring profitability by developing the loss prevention strategy and working within the fraud landscape alongside relevant teams for the East region. By raising awareness across the organization you will create and drive a strong Loss Prevention culture.

Your Core Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Lead develop and secure the right knowledge competencies and deliverables within your team.
  • Ensure awareness and compliance with the loss prevention policy.
  • Monitor follow up and drive improvements in the loss prevention sections of audits.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance an active loss prevention culture throughout the organization.
  • Ensure all loss prevention tools are utilized to their full potential and that goals/targets are met.
  • Develop tools and perform thorough analysis of all aspects of LP that will lead to Data Driven Decision.
  • Support your team in executing fraud investigations as needed.
  • Collaborate with relevant functions to ensure compliance with security requirements.
  • Ensure LP analytics and KPIs around business initiatives are fulfilled.

What you need to succeed:

  • Strong leadership experience in managing and leading a team.
  • Proven experience in driving transformation and implementing strategies.
  • Knowledge of analysis tools including data cubes power BI excel.
  • Experience with company safety and security routines.
  • Proficiency in P&L sales budgeting forecasting business cases and investment prioritization.
  • Flexibility to travel. 
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal.
  • Problemsolving abilities analytical and numeracy skills.
  • Ability to cope with a high workload and embrace change in a fastpaced environment.


Additional Information :

This is afulltimejob located in Warsaw Poland with a local contract. The Loss Prevention Manager reports to the Regional Head of Security.
