The Conference Producer will play a pivotal role in shaping the quality of our client s conference agendas and sourcing industryleading speakers for our events. This position is essential for developing highquality conference programs that resonate with our audience and meet the evolving needs of the industry.

Requirements
You must have:
- Proven experience in conference production or a similar role with a strong understanding of event logistics speaker management and audience engagement within the B2B events and/or media landscape
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with industry executives and open doors for collaboration ensuring strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Proven experience operating autonomously with effective decisionmaking and judgement.
- A keen interest in technology with strong digital savviness that enhances the ability to leverage tools and platforms for successful event execution and promotion.
- Outstanding communication skills in English both written and spoken facilitating clear and impactful interactions with speakers sponsors and attendees.
- Exceptional organisational skills with a proven ability to adapt and change priorities according to immediate business needs ensuring successful event delivery and coordination.
It would be nice if you had:
- A network of senior level contacts across sports betting and iGaming operators
- Fluency in Portuguese and/or Spanish
