Requirements
You must have:
- Proven experience in conference production or a similar role with a strong understanding of event logistics speaker management and audience engagement within the B2B events and/or media landscape
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with industry executives and open doors for collaboration ensuring strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Proven experience operating autonomously with effective decisionmaking and judgement.
- A keen interest in technology with strong digital savviness that enhances the ability to leverage tools and platforms for successful event execution and promotion.
- Outstanding communication skills in English both written and spoken facilitating clear and impactful interactions with speakers sponsors and attendees.
- Exceptional organisational skills with a proven ability to adapt and change priorities according to immediate business needs ensuring successful event delivery and coordination.

- A network of senior level contacts across sports betting and iGaming operators
- Fluency in Portuguese and/or Spanish
