Job Description

About the Role    
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Manager to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate MUST have a strong track record of selling SaaS products or IT solution coupled with excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills. This is a hybrid role that offers the flexibility to work from home and the office while focusing on driving growth in the USA markets.  


Key Responsibilities    

  • Business Development: Identify target and generate leads in the SaaS and IT services domains specifically in the USA regions.  
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions.  
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets focusing on ServiceNow related services.   
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline ensuring timely followups and deal closures.  
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends competitor activities and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.  
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the USA CEO to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.  
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports forecasts and performance metrics to the management team.  

Qualifications :

Key Requirements    

  • 46 years of experience in selling SaaS product based Consulting / Development / Staffing or related services to global clients (USA markets preferred).  
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. (>$2M USD)
  • Must have exposure or experience of handling a sales target of over $2M USD.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS IRMGRC ITAM ITOM HRSD related products and services.  
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.  
  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment and manage time effectively.  
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.  
  • Any Bachelors degree   We prefer person with proven success 
  • On need basis US Travel for Events / Client Meet expected

NOTE: Preference will be given to those who can join by 15th Jan 2025.
