Job Description
As a Grounds Supervisor you will:
- Operate a pickup truck and/or a golf cart in daily work
- Empty all trash cans at pools threestory buildings and the team member parking lot as needed
- Pick up trash from curbs on the property and surrounding areas to the highway
- Sweep curbs and sidewalks
- Clean grounds and remove litter
- Empty trash cans in the public area buildings
- Empty dumpsters and operate the trash compactor
- Empty recycle bins and break down cardboard items placing them in appropriate containers
- Operate all types of lawn equipment such as lawn mowers weed eaters chainsaws etc
- Operate various types of equipment as needed including frontend loaders lulls high reach equipment trucks etc
- Perform tree trimming
- Answer questions and create a memorable and educational experience for guests

Qualifications :
- Must have a valid drivers license be at least 18 to drive company golf carts and be at least 21 to drive tagged company vehicles
- Must comply with company vehicle insurance policy
- Pass a drivers license check by the companys insurance company
- Able to work all weekends and holidays

- Required to pass a background check drug test and prove eligibility to work in the United States
