Job Description

We are seeking a Senior P&C Business Partner to join our dynamic team in Krakw Poland. As a key member of our People & Culture department you will play a crucial role in shaping our organizations human capital strategy and driving employee engagement initiatives.

In your role you will:

Partner with leadership teams from across IAG GBS to develop and deliver local people plans in the context of the people strategy and business objectives. Delivering quality results on time and to budget.

Work in collaboration with senior leaders providing support coaching and challenge to deliver actions that will drive improved organisational performance including the development of their own leadership.

Constantly review business and people performance challenging the status quo using data driven insight adding a constructive tension into the organisation that ensures the three priorities of customer shareholder and colleague are effectively balanced.

Ensure our organisational design is optimised and spot opportunities to transform the way we work driving a step change in performance by increasing our efficiency and effectiveness and leading change where appropriate.

Collaborate with the HR Operations team in GBS and our centres of expertise to ensure a seamless experience is provided by the People & Culture directorate.

Qualifications :

  • Insights driven adopt a disciplined approach to understanding and diagnosing problems and then use a range of evidence from a variety of sources to develop people insights. Use this insight to challenge the way we think about people in our organisation and inform change driving better business decision making. Evaluate the impact of all projects in order to inform future practice.
  • Professional courage and influence show professional and personal courage to speak up when its the right thing to do even if in the face of resistance or opposition. Skilfully influence others in a range of situations including making a case for change taking responsibility for mistakes and challenging the behaviours of others.
  • Commercial Drive apply a business and customer focused approach. Demonstrate the commitment and resilience to deliver results that create business value. Deliver the people plan with an emphasis on those areas that will have the greatest impact.
  • Situational Decision Making effective and pragmatic decisions that take into account the specific situation or context. Avoids a onesizefitsall approach but in doing so still ensures alignment to the principles and values outlined in the people and business strategies. Remain flexible enough to adapt to new insight circumstances or changes.

Additionally:

  • Strong senior business partnering working as a valued partner with senior stakeholders
  • Track record of working in a complex and matrixed business.                      
  • IR and organisational change experience
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of employee engagement tools and performance management systems.
  • Flexibility to navigate change and adjust strategies in a fastpaced evolving environment.
