Job Description
We are seeking a Lead Architect for Identity & Access Management (IAM) to design and implement IAM technologies while providing guidance on best practices and standardisation across the organisation.
In this role you will work closely with the Infrastructure and Information Security teams to drive the development and management of access management solutions. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the longterm strategy for access management addressing not only immediate technical challenges but also considering broader organisational implications.
As a key point of contact for inquiries related to federated access management and identity lifecycle management you will proactively identify potential issues and understand the impact of policy changes. This position offers you the opportunity to be involved in highvisibility discussions attend meetings with senior management and lead conversations on information security.
In this role you will be responsible for providing operational training and creating runbooks for IAM systems. You will also support issue resolution implement enhancements and estimate effort.
Qualifications :
You should have a passion for learning new technologies strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a distributed team. You will need to be familiar with IAM protocols and technologies including OAuth OpenID Connect SAML Federation and SSO. Experience with solutions from vendors such as Ping Identity Okta SailPoint or similar will be beneficial. You will also need a deep understanding of the relationships between the Identity Store Identity Provider and Identity Broker.
You should be able to debug provisioning failures and resolve issues related to event handlers or orchestration failures. Experience with standard operating procedures for pre and postproduction support is required as well as familiarity with Cloud Infrastructure and the hubandspoke model.
You should have a masters degree in computer science or a related field strong English communication skills and 810 years of experience as an IAM Engineer including prior experience managing a technical team.
